1. Service Agreement
When you engage our services, you enter into a binding agreement with Team One Global. We provide fulfillment, storage, and related services in accordance with the terms outlined herein.

2. Pricing and Payment
Our flat-rate pricing ensures transparency and simplicity for our customers. There are no hidden charges, and all applicable fees will be communicated upfront. Payment for our services is due upon receipt of invoice, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3. Storage Charges

• For Amazon FBA/FBM orders, the first 48 hours of storage are provided free of charge. Storage fees will apply after this period.

• For 3PL (third-party logistics) orders, the first 7 days of storage are complimentary, with charges applicable thereafter.

4. Liability and Insurance
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and security of your inventory, Team One Global shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of goods stored in our facilities. We strongly recommend that you maintain adequate insurance coverage to protect against unforeseen events.

5. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice to the other party. Upon termination, all outstanding fees or charges must be settled, and any remaining inventory will be returned or disposed of as instructed by the client.

6. Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

7. Governing Law
